We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns to support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations including recruitment, documentation, employee coordination, and administrative tasks. This internship will provide hands-on experience in end-to-end HR functions and corporate HR processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
- Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
2. Documentation & On boarding
- Assisting in preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and HR documents
- Supporting employee on boarding and joining formalities
- Maintaining employee records and personal files (soft & hard copies)
- Collecting and verifying employee documents
3. Attendance & HR Operations
- Assisting in attendance and leave record maintenance
- Supporting biometric and attendance data updates
- Helping in maintaining HR reports and MIS data
- Assisting in day-to-day HR administrative work
4. Employee Coordination
- Coordinating with employees for document submission and updates
- Assisting in employee engagement activities
- Handling basic employee queries under HR supervision
5. Exit & HR Process Support
- Assisting in exit formalities and clearance documentation
- Supporting FNF documentation process
- Maintaining proper HR records and compliance files
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email drafting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or completed Graduation/MBA (HR) or related field
- Freshers or candidates looking to start a career in HR
