GIYSI is seeking an experienced Customer Care Executive with 4 years of experience to deliver exceptional customer support, handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and service requests. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending cases and feedback.
- Monitor and achieve customer service KPIs and response-time targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and support processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of customer service/customer support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and customer ticketing systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
