Position Title: React JS Developer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Next JS.
- Lead and nurture a team of developers, encouraging high standards in code quality, collaborative code reviews, and adherence to agile practices.
- Experience with backend development using languages and frameworks like Node.js.
- Hands-on experience in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services into applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, for collaborative development and code management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a logical approach to finding solutions and debugging issues.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience working in agile development environments, embracing iterative development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or similar technical discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Sr. React JS Developer; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation, and deployment tasks with support.
Specific Knowledge/Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Degree Master's in Computer Science / Information Technology plus 6 + years of industry experience.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of React tools such as Webpack, React.js and Redux.
- Strong command of the NodeJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript languages and their nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
