Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth career assessments and deliver tailored guidance to students and professionals.
- Research and interpret job market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities to shape career strategies.
- Design and refine data-driven frameworks, reports, and insights that strengthen the effectiveness of career counseling.
- The ideal candidate will lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of impactful and practical career solutions.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations through well-structured reports, presentations, and review sessions

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
