About the Role
We are hiring energetic and result-oriented professionals for our International Website Sales Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and the ability to engage with international clients to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Identify customer requirements and pitch website design, development, and digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Website Sales, International Sales, Telesales, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or BPO Sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in International Sales, Website Sales, Telesales, or Pre-Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Comfortable working in the US Shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
