About the Role
Pride Housing is hiring an AGM/DGM – Projects to lead the end-to-end execution of large residential high-rise projects using Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) technology. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in project execution, RCC construction, site management, project planning, quality, cost, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of residential high-rise projects using Mivan technology
- RCC Construction: Manage RCC structural works, project planning, scheduling, and site execution
- Quality & Cost Control: Drive quality, cost control, timelines, and safety compliance
- Team Leadership: Lead site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Project Monitoring: Prepare and review project MIS, budgets, and progress reports
- Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance and timely project delivery
Eligibility
- 15–20 years of experience in Residential High-Rise Construction
- Strong hands-on experience with Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) and RCC execution
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project execution
- Experience leading site engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Background in residential real estate is mandatory
- Bangalore-based or willing to relocate
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
