- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- CA Inter / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred not mandatory.

Role Summary:
Banking, Trade Finance & Working Capital Management:
- Manage end-to-end Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) activities including Opening, Documentation, Amendment, Tracking and Closure / cancellation
- Handle Import LC transactions and coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor and manage banking facilities including Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Non-fund-based limits, LC/BG limits, and other banking facilities
- Track utilization of banking limits and coordinate for enhancement/renewal wherever required.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with banks, relationship managers, and financial institutions & maintain banking relationships.
Cash Flow, Stock & Financial Monitoring:
- Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and support working capital planning.
- Monitor receivables, payables, liquidity position, and fund requirements.
- Prepare and submit stock statements to banks and coordinate for compliance requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Commercial & Contract Understanding:
- Review and understand commercial contracts for Import, Shipping and Logistics industry, payment terms, LC terms, and banking clauses.
- Coordinate with commercial, procurement, logistics, and operations teams for transaction execution.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of banking operations and trade finance, and LC/BG processes.
- Knowledge of import transactions, commercial documentation, and working capital management. Knowledge of OD/CC limits and relevant compliance.
- Basic accounting knowledge with good MS Excel skills and documentation ability.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
