Client Development Executive to build strong client relationships and support business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client communication documents.
- Maintain client databases and sales records.
- Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship roles (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build client relationships and trust.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
