We are looking for a talented Photo Colorist who can transform raw images into visually striking photographs while maintaining consistency across large event galleries. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of color science, exposure correction, skin tones, and sports photography workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Color correct and color grade RAW images for a polished, professional look.
- Ensure consistency in color, exposure, white balance, and contrast across entire photo sets.
- Enhance images while preserving natural skin tones and accurate team colors.
- Perform basic retouching, including exposure recovery, sharpening, noise reduction, and lens corrections.
- Organize and manage large volumes of photographs efficiently.
- Deliver edited photos within tight turnaround times.
- Maintain brand-specific editing styles and presets.
- Collaborate with photographers and the creative team to achieve the desired visual style.
- Export images in required formats and resolutions for social media, web, print, and commercial use.
