We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Captain to lead our team and oversee daily operations of an Executive Lounge bar in a reputed 4 star hotel at Thrissur . The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, customer service, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Proficiency in Mixology
* Knowledge of Indian and foreign made spirits
* Oversee daily restaurant operations of the outlet
* Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
* Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
* Control costs and maximize profitability
* Prepare staff schedules
* Proven experience as a Mixologist plus Captain
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of food safety regulations
* Must have valid hotel management degree or diploma
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
