iLEAD – Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development is looking for an experienced, innovative and technology-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology function and drive the development of next-generation internal solutions.
This is an opportunity for a technology professional who can combine strategic thinking, business understanding and hands-on execution, with a strong interest in AI, ERP, automation and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the overall technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap for iLEAD.
- Lead the conceptualisation, development and implementation of internal technology projects, particularly AI and ERP-based solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI and automation to improve academic, administrative and operational processes.
- Lead software/application development projects from requirement gathering and solution design through development, implementation and deployment.
- Oversee ERP implementation, integration, optimisation and customisation based on organisational requirements.
- Work closely with senior management and functional departments to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Lead and mentor the technology team and manage external technology partners/vendors where required.
- Ensure effective management of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, data security, system access and business continuity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that can improve efficiency, productivity and user experience.
- Establish appropriate technology standards, documentation, development practices and governance.
- Monitor technology projects, timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, IT, Technology Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, Data Science or Technology Management will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a technology leader and problem-solver who enjoys building solutions, rather than someone whose experience is limited to conventional IT administration.
The candidate should have:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in technology, software/application development or technology-led digital transformation.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering technology projects.
- Practical exposure to AI, Generative AI, automation or intelligent business solutions.
- Experience with ERP implementation, integration, customisation or development.
- Strong understanding of software/application development and technology architecture.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical, scalable technology solutions.
- Experience in managing or leading technology teams/projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- A strong interest in using technology to solve real-world organisational challenges.
