1. Any Degree
2. 5- 7 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager
3. IT Asset Management - End to End Lifecycle Management of IT Assets including Procurement, Deployment, Utilization and Disposal.
4. IT Service Delivery - Ensuring seamless service operations aligned with ITIL standards and organizational goals.
5. Customer Relationship Management - Building and sustaining long term client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
6. SLA & Compliance Management - Monitoring service level agreements and ensuring regulatory, process and contractual compliance.
7. Vendor & Contract Management - Handling AMC, Vendor Negotiations and Third party service coordination.
8. Incident & Problem Management - Quick resolution of issues to minimize downtime and improve service reliability.
9. Process Improvement - Driving cost optimization, efficiency and automation in IT operations.
10. Reporting & Analytics - Generating MIS Reports, asset tracking dashboards and performance metrics for Management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
