Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and honest Cook to join our kitchen team at Niravi Jaipur. The Cook will prepare fresh, tasty, and hygienic food while following the instructions of the Head Chef. We welcome candidates who enjoy cooking and are willing to learn.
Main Duties
- Prepare food as per recipes and kitchen instructions.
- Help with cutting, cleaning, and preparing vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
- Cook food and ensure good taste and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Store food properly and avoid wastage.
- Inform the Head Chef if any ingredients are running low.
- Help with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Work as a team with other kitchen staff.
- Be ready to help during busy service hours.
Requirements
- Experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or café kitchen is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Indian cooking. Experience with Continental cuisine is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques.
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good personal hygiene and a clean appearance.
