We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team at our unit located in Village Kaind, Ludhiana. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control who are eager to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems and standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of quality tools, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
