The Sales Manager to an Ed tech company will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales team and expanding the partner network (Promoters, Mentors, and Ambassadors). This role focuses on strategic market penetration and ensuring the platform meets its enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Network Expansion: Identify and appoint new partners, including State Heads and Chiefs, to scale the platform’s reach.
* Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to convert leads into active platform users.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular reports on conversion rates and market trends.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct webinars and presentations to prospective institutional partners and high-level stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the EdTech or Training sector.
* Strong understanding of franchise-based or multi-tier partner models.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
