About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging mathematics lessons, fostering analytical thinking, and helping students develop a strong foundation in mathematical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Create an interactive and student-centered learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress regularly.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
- Integrate modern teaching methodologies and educational technology into classroom instruction.
- Conduct periodic tests, examinations, and assessments.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress effectively.
- Support co-curricular and school activities as assigned by the management.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational software.
- Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
- Prior teaching experience will be preferred; enthusiastic freshers may also apply.
