Position: Field Executive – Sales & Collection (Microfinance)
About the Company
We are a reputed Microfinance Institution (MFI) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The company is dedicated to empowering rural and semi-urban women by providing Group Loans and financial services that support their growth and livelihood.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and relationship building.
Promote and facilitate Group Loans for women borrowers.
Handle regular loan collections and bucket collections as per company guidelines.
Organize and manage customer group meetings.
Ensure timely recovery of loan installments and maintain collection efficiency.
Verify customer information and complete field documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain service quality.
Candidate Requirements
Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work extensively in the field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales and collection targets.
Basic understanding of financial products is preferred.
Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
