- Manage day-to-day clinic operations.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Counsel clients about weight-loss, slimming, and wellness programs.
- Lead and supervise nutritionists, therapists, and front-desk staff.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle client concerns.
- Monitor appointments, follow-ups, and client retention.
- Prepare reports on sales, performance, and clinic activities.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, quality standards, and compliance.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Team leadership and staff management experience.
- Good communication and counseling abilities.
- Knowledge or experience in wellness, fitness, beauty, salon or healthcare services is an advantage.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
