About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join one of our Healthcare divisions in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will support dentists during clinical procedures, maintain patient care standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
This role requires strong clinical coordination, attention to hygiene protocols, patient handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during consultations, treatments, and clinical procedures.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and treatment materials.
- Provide chairside assistance and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.
- Maintain patient records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols consistently.
- Ensure clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and patient safety standards.
- Support inventory tracking and replenishment of clinical supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth clinic operations.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of relevant experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Degree / Diploma / Certification in Dental Assistance or related field.
- State Dental Council Registration (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of dental procedures and sterilization standards.
- Strong communication and patient management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Professional, disciplined, and patient-focused approach.
Work Schedule
- One weekly off between Monday and Friday.
- Work Location: Sector 53, Gurugram.
