Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary
Rayonix Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining our products and services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services professionally.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and close opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of Basic English.
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Tele Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (can be customized)
