Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students, helping them choose suitable educational and career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online queries
- Guide students through the enrollment and admission process
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
