Hiring: Senior Academic Counsellor (US Shift)
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team! If you have strong sales experience, team handling skills, and passion for education, this role is for you.

Role: Full-Time
Location: 100% Remote
Shift: Night Shift / US Shift
CTC: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based parents and students
- Counsel and enroll students into our academic & non-academic courses
- Book demos and drive successful conversions
- Achieve individual as well as team sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development members
- Monitor weekly & monthly team performance and enrollments
- Strategize lead generation and conversion activities
- Maintain proper CRM hygiene and sales reporting
- Take complete ownership and accountability for targets and outcomes
Requirements
- Prior experience in Academic Counseling / EdTech Sales / Inside Sales
- Experience in team handling and target management
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in US night shifts
