The DevOps Engineer is responsible for automating software build, deployment, and infrastructure management processes to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient application delivery. This role collaborates closely with Development and QA teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, monitor production environments, and support application deployment, maintenance, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Automate application deployment workflows for web applications across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Build, manage, and optimize Docker containers and maintain container images in Amazon Elastic Container Registry (Amazon ECR).
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including:
- Amazon ECS (Fargate)
- Amazon EC2
- Amazon S3
- Amazon CloudFront
- Amazon Route 53
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon RDS
- Configure and manage Azure App Services to support application hosting and deployment.
- Manage static website hosting using Amazon S3 integrated with CloudFront and Route 53 for secure and scalable content delivery.
- Integrate and maintain SonarQube for automated code quality assessment and security analysis within CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and system availability using Amazon CloudWatch, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Manage source code repositories and version control using Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Administer and maintain Typesense search infrastructure, including service monitoring, index management, data synchronization, troubleshooting, and search performance optimization.
- Perform Materialized View (MV) refresh operations to ensure reporting and application data remain accurate and up to date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures, infrastructure issues, application defects, and production incidents to minimize downtime.
- Manage Linux servers for application deployment, configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to support application releases, environment provisioning, and deployment planning.
- Create and maintain deployment guides, infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
- Participate in release management activities, production support, environment configuration, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Implement DevOps best practices to improve deployment reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
