Position: Sales Executive
Opportunity Details
Own and grow the sales portfolio for hundreds of SMEs, working closely with sales leaders to achieve business goals.
Execute multi-city field sales across India and drive customer acquisition.
Maximize salesperson efficiency and output through mentoring, coaching and counselling.
Build customer personas and implement segmented targeting strategies to improve conversions.
Train and develop sales team members to help build strong and high-performing Sales Executives.
Experience & Skills Required
1 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales or related roles.
Strong understanding of the SME segment and SME customer mindset, backed by relevant sales experience.
Proven ability to acquire, manage and grow SME customers.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of technology and sales tools.
Willingness to travel across cities as required.
