Job Role:
The Product Specialist will drive clinical adoption and effective utilization of the company’s medical device solutions. This role combines field execution, clinical support, research collaboration, and customer engagement. The candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure successful product deployment, data collection, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals to introduce and pitch the product, generate interest, and schedule demos.
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions, ensuring correct clinical usage and protocol adherence.
- Perform patient assessments using the device and interpret clinical reports for data collection and validation.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers to execute clinical pilots and support deployments as per research standards.
- Provide evidence-based insights from product data to support clinical decisions and outcome analysis.
- Collaborate with Clinical Research and Data teams to ensure accurate documentation and data integrity.
- Support pharmacovigilance by identifying and reporting adverse events or safety concerns.
- Work with Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with medical device guidelines.
- Assist in preparing case studies, usage reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams for product promotion and lead generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through post-sales support and troubleshooting.
- Act as a feedback bridge between field and internal teams (R&D, Product, Clinical) for continuous improvement.
- Participate in CMEs, workshops, and conferences to present clinical value and drive awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biotechnology, ECE, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Physiotherapy
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient handling skills
- Understanding of clinical research and data interpretation
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a field-based environment
- Basic knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Proactive attitude with strong client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Freshers with strong interest and relevant knowledge in the field are encouraged to apply.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
