Akshar Yoga Kendraaa, is a 20+ year old organisation founded by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar. We are an internationally recognized institution that is officially accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and guided by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, we've spent over a decade building a home for authentic yogic education — through teacher trainings, retreats, wellness programs, and a community that now spans the globe.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Website Developer & SEO Specialist who can take ownership of making sure our digital presence is fast, easy to use, and easy to find. From improving how people find us on search to building landing pages and shaping the journey people take on our site, you'll play a key role in how people experience Akshar Yoga Kendraa online.

What You'll Do
- Manage, maintain, and keep improving the Akshar Yoga Kendraa website
- Build and optimize landing pages for our different training programs
- Apply on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices to improve visibility
- Keep an eye on site speed, security, and overall user experience
- Work with designers and content creators to keep the digital experience consistent and engaging
- Study traffic, user behaviour, and search performance to find what can be improved
- Set up and manage integrations with forms, CRM, email marketing, and analytics tools
- Run regular website audits and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on SEO trends, search algorithms, and emerging web technologies
- Look for ways to improve conversions, engagement, and the overall learner journey online
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years of experience in website development, SEO, or digital marketing
- Has hands-on experience managing and optimizing websites
- Understands technical SEO, keyword strategy, site architecture, and user experience
- Is comfortable with CMS platforms like WordPress or similar
- Has used tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking to improve performance
Bonus Points
- Experience with conversion optimization and lead generation
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related web technologies
- Experience integrating CRM, email marketing, or automation tools
- Experience with education, wellness, lifestyle, or service-based brands
