About Us GlidingGear Company is a D2C brand crafting premium men's accessories — leather wallets, belts, and gear inspired by motorcycling culture. We sell directly to customers across India and are scaling fast.
The Role We're looking for an E-commerce Executive to own day-to-day operations and keep our customers happy. You'll be the engine that makes sure every order moves smoothly from purchase to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage and track daily orders — process, ship, and monitor deliveries end-to-end
- Handle customer success: respond to queries, resolve issues, follow up on orders
- Manage brand email and customer communication
- Run and manage our social media presence (posting, engagement, basic content)
- Support overall store and back-end operations
- Coordinate with the team to keep things running on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of social media marketing / digital marketing (a must)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with email and basic e-commerce tools
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude
- Experience preferred, but freshers with the right skills are welcome
