Marketing Executive – TMT Bars Sales Promoter

Job Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Marketing Executives to promote and generate sales of TMT Bars across Delhi NCR. The candidate will visit construction sites, interact with contractors, masons, builders, and engineers, and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites daily and promote TMT Bars.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, masons, builders, and engineers.
- Generate leads from ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Conduct mason meets, contractor meets, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors for order conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience in TMT Bars, Cement, Steel, Paints, or Building Materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
