Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients across India
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand customer logistics and transportation requirements
- Coordinate with operations, traffic, and customer service teams for smooth shipment movement
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve client concerns effectively
- Monitor daily operations and service performance for key accounts
- Generate new business opportunities from existing clients
- Prepare MIS reports, business reviews, and account performance reports
- Follow up on pending payments and billing coordination
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
- Coordinate with branches and transport teams for operational support
- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution
Required Skills

- Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or key account management
- Experience in courier, transport, or supply chain industry preferred
- Knowledge of all India routes and transportation operations will be an added advantage
