Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting property site visits, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and explain property details.
- Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and field activities.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects.
- Follow up with clients regularly for sales conversion.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Coordinate with banks/loan teams for customer documentation if required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Stay updated about current real estate market trends and projects.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Strong convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Positive attitude and team player.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,546.64 per month
