Job Summary:
Venyora is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser to manage product planning, sourcing, production coordination, and market trends for our fashion brand. The candidate will play an important role in product development, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution from design to final production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, and vendors.
- Manage fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories procurement.
- Follow up on sampling, production timelines, and deliveries.
- Monitor current fashion trends and market demand.
- Prepare costing sheets and production planning reports.
- Ensure product quality and timely execution.
- Handle vendor communication and negotiation.
- Maintain inventory and production records.
- Support product development and collection planning.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches.
Requirements:
- 6 Months to 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising or garment industry.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment production, and sourcing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good understanding of fashion trends and retail market.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reports, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in women’s fashion / ethnic wear / western wear.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Product costing and planning knowledge.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
