1 - 2 Years
For Research Associate:\r\n- Master-s degree (M.Tech / ME / MSc) in Mechanical / Thermal / Energy / Climate-related fields OR M.Arch (Sustainable Architecture preferred) \r\n- 1-2 years of relevant experience. (or strong academic research/thesis work in cooling/climate)
- Basic understanding of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) systems
-Familiarity with energy efficiency- cooling technologies- climate change- and GHG emissions
- Exposure to data analysis and technical research
-Strong analytical- problem-solving- and literature review skills
- Ability to synthesise insights with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts clearly

- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in teams
