Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive (Night Shift)Job Description:
We are looking for energetic, confident, and culturally fluent Telecaller Sales Executives for our night shift. Candidates will be responsible for handling outbound sales and communication exclusively for our International Muslim Client Base. Good communication skills, a professional attitude, and basic computer knowledge are required.
- Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM
- Location: Vasal Mall, Jalandhar
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Preferred Candidate Profile: Muslim candidates (Male & Female) to align with and effectively cater to our specific international client demographics.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales.
- Skills: Excellent spoken communication, strong convincing skills, and basic computer knowledge.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling customer queries professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls exclusively to designated international clients.
- Explain products/services, build rapport, and generate high-quality sales leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team and update daily reports.
