Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, handle client communications and calls, coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain records, and ensure smooth internal workflow across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calls, emails, and client interactions
Coordinate and schedule client meetings
Maintain office records, documentation, and reports
Oversee office supplies and equipment
Ensure efficient communication between teams
Support day-to-day administrative operations
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
experience : 1-3 years preferred
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
