- Patient onboarding and welcome calls post-consultation
- Follow-up calls to track diet adherence, hydration, weight and
- measurements
- Addressing basic patient queries and escalating clinical concerns to
the dietitian when required
- Appointment reminders and follow-up consultation scheduling
- Progress tracking and maintenance of patient records
- Patient engagement and retention activities
- Assisting with renewal discussions and long-term program enrollments
after providing adequate patient support and follow-upPreferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed B.Sc./M.Sc. in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a
- related field
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable interacting with patients over phone calls and WhatsApp
- Basic understanding of nutrition and wellness concepts
- Good interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
