Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Architects to join our dedicated team at your office in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad locations.
Position Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead complex architectural projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client vision and business goals.

Design & Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, conduct quality control, and oversee the production of design development and construction documents, ensuring code compliance and constructability.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, presenting proposals and managing expectations.

Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high standards.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet all safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards, using BIM and other tools effectively.

Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk for large-scale projects.

Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Architecture (B-Arch) or Master's in Architecture (M-Arch).

Licensed Architect (Council of Architecture, etc.).

10+ years in architectural design, with proven experience leading complex projects.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Visualization tools (like Twin Motion, Photoshop, etc.), SketchUp, MS Office, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in the English language.

Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability principles (LEED, IGBC, etc.).
