Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and source leads through various channels.
- Identify potential clients and handle site visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Handle negotiations and coordinate with clients for deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and sourcing targets.
- Maintain client records and update lead status regularly.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in real estate sales/sourcing/closing preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
