Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-component software systems.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health and performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
