Edubex is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Team Lead @ OUR TRIVANDRUM TECHNOPARK OFFICE to support and guide a remote sales team in the education domain. This role involves team coordination, performance tracking, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and guide a team of sales executives to achieve assigned goals
- Coordinate daily activities and monitor team performance
- Assist in planning strategies for improving team productivity
- Provide regular feedback and support to team members
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales within the education or training sector is preferred
- Experience in team coordination or supervisory roles
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of customer interaction and relationship management
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales Team Leader roles, preferably with some team handling exposure
