We are hiring a Testing Engineer – Transformer with 2–3 years of intermediate-level experience in a transformer manufacturing firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and special testing of power/distribution transformers.
- Conduct tests including TTR, Winding Resistance, IR, Magnetic Balance, Vector Group, Load/No-load Loss, and HV Tests.
- Prepare testing reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards and safety procedures.
- Support customer inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in transformer manufacturing/testing industry.
- Good knowledge of transformer testing procedures and high-voltage testing equipment.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
