We are looking for a results-oriented Meta Ads Expert who can create, manage, optimize, and scale high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Expert with strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of generating quality leads and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Run lead generation, conversion, traffic, and awareness campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Perform audience research and create custom, lookalike, and remarketing audiences.
- Install and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copy.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
