Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Loading & Unloading Executive to manage material handling activities at our company premises. The candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform loading and unloading of materials, goods, and equipment from delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage during loading, unloading, and shifting
- Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing materials against delivery challans or invoices
- Arrange, stack, and store materials systematically in designated warehouse or storage areas
- Assist in internal movement of materials within the premises as per operational requirements
- Coordinate with the store, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading/unloading zones and storage areas
- Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to the supervisor immediately
- Support stock counting, inventory checks, and periodic audits when required
- Ensure timely completion of loading and unloading activities to avoid delays in operations
- Assist drivers and transport staff during dispatch and receiving processes
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Basic understanding of material handling processes
- Ability to work in a team
- Prior experience in loading/unloading will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
