- Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing, peeling, chopping, and marinating as per chef instructions
- Assist in cooking a variety of Indian dishes (curries, breads, rice dishes, etc.) following established recipes and techniques
- Maintain proper mise-en-place to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
- Grind spices and prepare traditional pastes and masalas to the highest standards
- Operate kitchen equipment including tandoor ovens, stoves, and food processors safely and efficiently
- Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to maintain visual appeal and consistency
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in work stations and equipment
- Follow HACCP guidelines and food safety regulations at all times
- Support senior chefs during service and respond promptly to special requests
- Monitor and manage food stock, report shortages, and prevent waste
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
