1. Establish project cost budget and monitor actual costs against approved cost budgets and forecasts.
2. Prepare monthly cost reports highlighting budget performance, cost variances, trends and forecasted outcomes.
3. Perform detailed cost variance analysis between Budget, Actual cost and Estimate at Completion.
4. Support project teams in productivity analysis, cost benchmarking, and performance improvement initiatives.
5. Prepare management dashboards, cost performance indicators, and executive summaries for project reviews.
6. Monitor and control change orders, variation orders, scope changes and assess their impact on project budgets and forecasts.
7. Preparation of annual budgets, revised estimates, and project financial forecasts.
8. Support preparation, evaluation, and substantiation of Extension of Time (EOT), prolongation cost, disruption, escalation, and variation claims.
9. Review contractual provisions and identify potential cost recovery opportunities and commercial risks.
Compute claim calculations based on contract provisions, actual cost records, productivity analyses, resource deployment, and approved methodologies.
