Bakery Production
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Follow standardized recipes while maintaining consistent taste, texture, and appearance.
- Ensure products meet food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor ingredient quality and manage inventory efficiently.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
- Develop new recipes and improve existing products based on market trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in accordance with health regulations.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
Field Testing Responsibilities
- Conduct field testing of new and existing bakery products at retail outlets, cafés, or customer locations.
- Evaluate product freshness, shelf life, packaging, and overall quality under real-world conditions.
- Collect customer feedback on taste, appearance, texture.
- Record observations and prepare detailed field testing reports.
- Recommend recipe or process improvements based on test results.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance teams to implement product enhancements.
- Monitor competitor bakery products and identify market trends.
- Ensure product samples are handled, transported, and presented according to quality standards.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
