Job Description: As a Executive, candidates will be imparted hands-on training for:
- 5Ps: Plant, People, Process, Product, & Project.
- Detail technical insight for Product
- Communication Skill
- Negotiation Skill
- Sales Pitch
Candidates are expected to do sales using above tools which include: Meeting customers, making good interpersonal business relations, site visit & study of customer's need & pain, doing technical discussions, Providing solutions, Follow-up & convert into business.
