YOU Skincare is hiring an Amazon and Marketplace Growth Manager who can handle and scale our Amazon business end-to-end.
We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in:
- Amazon Seller Central
- SEO-rich product listings
- A+ Content & Brand Store creation
- Amazon Sponsored Ads
- Ranking & sales growth strategies
- Listing optimization & account health management
- Beauty/skincare marketplace handling
This is not a basic listing upload role.
We need someone who understands how to grow sales on Amazon and improve product visibility, conversion, and overall account performance.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years in Amazon account management
- Experience with skincare, beauty, or D2C brands preferred
- Strong understanding of Amazon ads and SEO
- Knowledge of tools like Helium10, SellerApp, Jungle Scout, etc.
Compensation
Flexible based on experience and performance:
- Fixed salary: 15,000 - 20,000/-
- Performance bonus
- Revenue-linked incentives
