Job Overview:-
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven On-Field Sales Executives who can generate new business opportunities, meet clients in person, and promote our customized gifting and branding solutions. The role requires regular client visits, relationship building, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Visit businesses, offices, schools, colleges, hospitals, hotels, and other organizations to generate leads.
- Identify potential clients for corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, and customized products.
- Present product catalogs and explain branding solutions to clients.
- Generate inquiries and convert them into sales orders.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily reports of meetings, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution.

Preferred Candidate:-
- Experience in corporate sales, promotional products, printing, gifting, advertising, branding, or marketing services is a plus.
- Candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred.
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory for deserving candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
