Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare travel quotations and customized itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for reservations.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel sales, customer support, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel are also encouraged to apply.
