Key Responsibilities
· Team Leadership & Sales Management
- Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers (Inside Sales Executives)
- Set monthly revenue and sales targets for the team
- Monitor daily call performance, conversions and pipeline
- Drive high-performance sales culture
· Sales Strategy & Process Improvement
- Develop inside sales scripts, processes and sales funnels
- Monitor call recordings and sales quality
- Improve team productivity and efficiency
· Training & Coaching - Train Relationship Managers on
· Sales techniques
· Product knowledge
· Objection handling
· Closing techniques
· Conduct daily sales huddles and weekly reviews
· CRM & Reporting - Track performance using CRM systems
o Prepare reports on
o Sales performance
o Conversion ratios
o Revenue targets
o Lead pipeline
· Client Relationship Management
- Handle key clients and high value deals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Experience Required
- 5 years of experience in financial services sales
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Experience in banking, fin tech, loan sales, insurance or tax services preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
